Best Shoulder Exercises for Defined Deltoids
I’m on a mission to have really defined arms with super defined Deltoids – you know the kind that are so tone that other women come ask what your work out routine is. Here are the exercises I plan to follow to get my shoulders just the way I want them.
- Front Raises 10-15 reps
- Side Raises 10-15 reps
- Bent Over Raises 10-15 reps
- Upright Rows 10-15 reps
- Shoulder Press 10-15 reps

This exercise plan only takes 2 minutes. Do entire circuit with zero rest with 10-15 reps for each exercise. Repeat 2-3 times (resting 1-2 minutes between each set). Perform this exercise 2x every 5 days.
