Did you know that contrary to popular belief, eggs are actually heart healthy according to a 2007 study in Medical Science Monitor? The study of 9,500 showed that “eating one or more eggs a day did not increase the risk of heart disease or stroke among healthy adults.” The incredible edible egg official website also states that research showed “eating eggs may be associated with a decrease blood pressure.” So make sure you get your daily dose of eggs!
