McCormick BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix
I found a quick and easy recipe for BBQ Pulled Pork that takes only 5 ingredients when you use the McCormick BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix. McCormick’s offers a variety of other Seasoning Mixes that are wonderful for making pasta, chicken wings, party dips, steamers, sides and more.
You can also use the McCormick’s BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning mix to make BBQ Beef Brisket, BBQ Pulled Beef and BBQ Pulled Chicken.
Here’s the recipe…
Ingredients
-
3 lbs. boneless pork shoulder roast, well-trimmed
-
1 pkg. McCormick® Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning
-
1/2 cup ketchup
-
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
-
1/3 cup cider vinegar
Directions
-
PLACE pork in slow cooker.
-
MIX Seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar until blended. Pour over pork. Cover.
-
COOK 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove pork from slow cooker.
-
SHRED pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to slow cooker; mix and heat with sauce before serving.
Tip: Freeze leftovers for a future date or use them to make Brunswick Stew.

What an excellent recipe! I made the sandwiches and they were better than my favorite BBQ restaurant! Thanks
