McCormick BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix
I found a quick and easy recipe for BBQ Pulled Pork that takes only 5 ingredients when you use the McCormick BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix. McCormick’s offers a variety of other Seasoning Mixes that are wonderful for making pasta, chicken wings, party dips, steamers, sides and more. Â

You can also use the McCormick’s BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning mix to make BBQ Beef Brisket, BBQ Pulled Beef and BBQ Pulled Chicken.

Ingredients

3 lbs. boneless pork shoulder roast, well-trimmed

1 pkg. McCormick® Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning

1/2 cup ketchup
-
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/3 cup cider vinegar

Directions
-
PLACE pork in slow cooker.

MIX Seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar until blended. Pour over pork. Cover.

COOK 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove pork from slow cooker.

SHRED pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to slow cooker; mix and heat with sauce before serving.
Tip: Freeze leftovers for a future date or use them to make Brunswick Stew.
