Organic Canned Pumpkin
I thought that only home cooks used canned pumpkin to create Thanksgiving desserts but apparently so do famous bakers and chefs. I saw a Martha Stewart episode where the guest chef made individual pumpkin souffle’s dusted with powdered sugar and topped with a cinnamon cream drizzle…yummmmmmmm.
Apparently, some chef’s and bakers use the canned pumpkin because it has had more time to age which allows for really great flavor. Go figure.
