Unwind with a Spicy Pumpkin Bath

After a physically or mentally stressful day, soothe yourself with a relaxing spicy pumpkin bath. Experience the stimulation of fall infused aromas while you soak away the day’s cares. Create your stress-reducing bathing experience with these simple steps.

Refresh yourself with a cool drink. What better way to enjoy a hot and steamy bath than to accompanying it with a cool and refreshing drink? For this festive bathing experience, the drink of choice is sweet and icy apple cider. Dust off a champagne glass or rinse out your favorite mug. Fill with ice cubes and cider to the brim then place the glass within easy reach of the tub.

Set the temperature and water level. Run the water and adjust it to your ideal temperature and level. While the warm water is running add a scoop of Pumpkin Spice bath fizz. Its effervescent effects will provide a spa like experience. Attach a bath pillow or secure a rolled up towel at the end of the tub for a comfortable place to lay your head. Drop a sea sponge, loofah or bath mitt into the water and let it float on top. Place a bar of Harvest Pumpkin soap in the soap dish and set aside a freshly laundered bath towel.

Indulge your senses. Try a combination of Autumn scented bath oils. Experiment with fragrant bath oils like Harvest Pumpkin or Pumpkin Pie, Sweet Cinnamon, Apple Orchard, etc. Add a few small drops to the water then gently swirl to combine. Set the mood with soft instrumentals or other soothing types of music. Light several pumpkin spice soy candles and strategically place them around the edge of the tub. Their fragrance will remind you of freshly baked pumpkin pie cooling in the crisp fall air.

Soak and relax. Turn off the lights. Gently get into the tub. Lie back and relax. Sip the iced apple cider as desired while soaking. Take as long as you need to unwind then use the soap and loofah to wash away dirt and refresh your skin.

Once you are finished taking your bath, dry off with a clean, fluffy bath towel. Wrap it around you and sit comfortably in a chair for several minutes to close your time of relaxation.
