Here are the exercises I plan to follow to get my shoulders just the way I want them.</p>
<ul>
<li>Front Raises 10-15 reps</li>
<li>Side Raises 10-15 reps</li>
<li>Bent Over Raises 10-15 reps</li>
<li>Upright Rows 10-15 reps</li>
<li>Shoulder Press 10-15 reps</li>

<p>This exercise plan only takes 2 minutes. Do entire circuit with zero rest with 10-15 reps for each exercise. Repeat 2-3 times (resting 1-2 minutes between each set). Perform this exercise 2x every 5 days.</p>
