S’mores for Breakfast…Yummmmm

Have you tried Emerald Breakfast on the Go packs? If not, you need to give them a try. They make a S’mores version that even my husband can’t resist. They are designed as a grab-n-go breakfast, however, I prefer them as an after lunch or after dinner treat.

Either way, they’re the next best thing to having a real S’more. As I write this, I am wondering what two words form the contraction “S’more”?

Fast forward five minutes later….

S’more appears to be a contraction of the phrase, “some more.”

The Emerald Breakfast on the Go packs are also great to keep in your glove compartment, purse or diaper bag as an emergency snack (for yourself of course). They do contain nuts so they are not recommended for small children.

Cheez-It Scrabble Junior Baked Snack Crackers

One day while I was grocery shopping I came across Cheez-It Scrabble Junior Baked Snack Crackers. It’s a fun snack that I use to play alphabet games with my daughter and a tasty treat that she enjoys as well. It’s also great as a travelling snack for road trips or everyday errands.

I typically put a handful of the snack crackers into little baggies. The snack size baggies are great for portion control. However the box is a keeper and is also a great to bring along since you can play Scrabble on the back using the Cheez-It Scrabble Junior pieces.

You can also improvise and play other games. For instance, I like to ask my daughter to tell me what letter she pulls out of the bag before she eats it.

Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies

I picked up a box of Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies when I entered a grocery store – hungy.
